Mental Health First Aid Training

What is Mental Health First Aid?

Just as CPR helps a person with no clinical training assist someone having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support and how to communicate with individuals experiencing these scary moments.  If we identify problems early, we increase the chances people get the help they need as soon as possible.

Our instructors are certified to provide in person,  virtual and blended learning options for Adult Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Individual registration starts at $125 for access to materials, the live, engaging course, a three year certification and the option to access CEU’s.  We offer scholarships and group discounts.
